8 Personal Training Sessions and Unlimited Team Training
You will be part of a small group coached by one of our expert trainers. You will learn how to move better and be stronger.
For Team Training we turn the music and energy up high. A fantastic full body workout.
Nutrition coaching
You’ll receive comprehensive nutrition advice to complement your fitness programme and help you reach your goals faster.

You can try out our other fitness classes including Sunday Morning Kettle bell Boot Camp and Thursday Evening 'Couch25K' Running Club.
